The advantages of roof ventilation in the following conditions:

WINTER

• Prevents harmful condensation (mold, humidity, dripping)
• Longer lasting structural components
• Energy savings

NON-VENTILATED ROOF
As a consequence of low temperature, humidity can condensate in the structure of the roof, with harmful effects, such as mould, humidity and dripping.

VENTILATED ROOF
During the winter, air can circulate, so that the insulating material remains dry and condensation is prevented. This in turn extends the life of the roofing system.
