RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS COMPLEX, PIAZZA LEON BATTISTA ALBERTI, RIMINI, ITALY
Prestige, a great product for great projects
In the old town centre of Rimini, Italy, is a major residential and business complex in the area once occupied by a tobacco manufacturing plant (the "Manifattura Tabacchi"). The development consists of three blocks enclosing a new square enhanced by porticoes and dedicated to Leon Battista Alberti, who built the Malatesta Temple. The overall effect is of an "unfinished urban weave" and leaves scope for further development.
