Important controls and inspections

Tegola Canadese’s R&D lab is constantly involved in the inspection and testing of the finished products.
It is also committed to developing innovative products and to testing and inspecting raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in compliance with the relevant international standards.

The tests that are carried out in our new lab include:  
- bitumen (reaction to changing temperatures and to ageing);
- fibreglass (weight and mechanical resistance);
- ceramised granules (colour stability, porosity, adherence to bitumen, etc.);
- finished product (weight, adherence to granules, cold flexibility, mechanical resistance, etc.).
