Prestige Compact, a copper-coated bituminous tile made by Tegola Canadese, provides designers with new and exciting creative options. The perfect synergy between aesthetics and functionality provided by Prestige Compact facilitates the construction of original and innovative buildings. Prestige Compact, which can also be used for ventilated facades, is 5 mm thick and is covered externally by a 70-micron copper film, which develops with time a green protective patina that is characteristic of this noble metal.

Ventilated facade. Efficient thermal insulation
Ventilated facades add a high degree of living comfort to buildings thanks to an ascending ventilation space between the wall and wall cladding. Any temperature change inside the ventilation space causes the air to move upwards, thus enhancing the building’s thermal insulation. Especially in summer, this ensures an effective dispersion of any heat build-up in the wall caused by exposure to the sun.
